Sagamité Old Quebec

Since July 2019, the Sagamité restaurant has offered the quintessential First Nations gastronomy to visitors in the historic district of Québec City.

The Sagamité restaurant has traced the path of indigenous gastronomy with venison, which we have demystified over time. It is an establishment of choice for clients looking for a gourmet and a cultural experience at the same time.
