Our story

Having traveled to many parts of the world to demonstrate the wealth of our culture and traditions, we created the Sagamité (which is a traditional soup) Restaurant in 1999 to experience our traditions through gastronomy. A Food Truck, Saga Nomade, was added in 2017, to offer street food with a unique twist. A second restaurant was opened in 2019, in the heart of Old Québec, to bring our unique specialties to visitors. And the most recent phase of our project, in 2021 : the acquisition of 2 hotels to offer a complete gastronomy and overnight stay experience.
